Choosing a size
- Take your measurement 2 inches below your belly button around the upper hip area, not up at the waist.
- Add 2 to 5 inches for post surgical swelling, depending on the range of your surgery.
- Wash the band before first wear: close the hook and loop, use a lingerie bag, cold or warm water, hang to dry.
- The interior elastic of the AbdoMend Support Binder Strap and the Hem It In belly band contains latex.
