I couldn’t wait to get together with my husband, and because I wore the binder and did the massage guide, I healed pretty quickly and my scar is soft and happy. That makes me less agitated and so when I am not exhausted, we find the time for eachother.

I took my time, and had my husband feel my insides after I had healed some, with clean hands, which helped calm down my internal world…..then we just moved into our fantastic relationship.

I talked about my fears with my husband and we took it slowly. Doing the massage helped me to regain confidence and not focus on the scar, but my connection….
